Your envelopes are in great hands when you send them to The Elegant Envelope. Whether you have thick, odd-sized, deckled-edge, embossed or otherwise tough (or not-so-tough) envelopes - send 'em over! We've been making our clients happy about their mailings since 1992. Our services include:

• Envelope Addressing (Calligraphy, Realistic Handwriting, or Typewritten)
     
  • Inkjet Addressing- Our high quality inkjet system is lightning fast and allows us to print using any TrueType font. If your favorite font isn't on our list, just send it to us and we'll try our best to use it.

• Copy/Print Services- We are now thrilled to offer you full copy services - both for Color and for B&W jobs!
  - Reports, Programs, Letterhead, Document Duplication, Bindery, and much more!
  Our prices are generally lower than Staples or Kinko's and you will get The Elegant Envelope level of service, attention to detail, and quick turnaround.
• Mailing Services- After we address your envelopes, we can stuff, seal, stamp, and mail your pieces. We'll get it done quickly and we'll get it done right.

• Database Cleanup and Management- After working with databases of all 'shapes and sizes' for all these years, we've gotten pretty efficient at cleaning them up and managing them. Call us when you need:
  - Data Entry
  - Merge/Purge
  - Database Maintenance - (file storage, performing updates, adds, deletes, etc.)
  - Response Tracking for events and meetings
  
• Personalized Letters - Your personalized letters get our full attention in order to be sure the name on the envelope matches the name on the letter. We can scan your signature, and even print it out in color on each letter.
• Place Cards- Let us run your place cards for all your events. Whether it be a simple name on the outside or a table number on the inside, we can do them for you. You can use one of our stocks [see graphic] or send us yours.
• Name Tags- We can set up and run name tags for your events. Very quick turnaround.
• Certificates- Call us when you'd like to see your honoree's name in a lovely calligraphy font on your certificate stock.

Social Events

The Elegant Envelope is the answer to your addressing needs for Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Dinners, Anniversary Party invites, and other social events. Even if you run into a last minute crunch, we can complete most of these jobs in one (1) business day.

Some advice: Please provide address lists in electronic format (i.e., Excel or Word), and be sure to order extra envelopes. Since we do everything by machine, some may be lost during the set-up and run
